Training Scheduling & Monitoring System


This is a comprehensive module which takes care of the complete information requirements relating to Planning, Execution and Management of Training Programs conducted by an organisation. The Module maintains - Pre-training, actual training and Post - Training follow-up information of each participant who has undertaken ANY training organised by the company.   • Evaluating the effectiveness of a training program - The effectiveness of a program can be evaluated by analysing the areas of improvement of the participant , making an action plan for the same and periodic monitoring by the immediate superior of an employee who has attended a training program. The analysis helps the management to decide whether an employee is competent enough to handle additional responsibility or whether he still requires further training or not.
